To log in to the Rogers app, you must complete registration first. The account number that you will require for registration will be in the confirmation email sent by CanadianSIM.

You will find your phone number in the confirmation email sent by CanadianSIM.

You cannot choose your initial number, but you can change it later online at no cost.

We have cancelled your postpaid application and will be processing your prepaid application.

For cancellation, please connect with the Rogers or Fido support team as they are the only ones able to assist you with this request. You can reach them via chat or call.

Since your application has already been processed, we cannot change your date of birth at this point in time. Once you have arrived in Canada, please visit the nearest Rogers/Fido store with your identity proof, and they will be able to assist you.
